Delivery Information

Our Economy FREE delivery is sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post. 

Customers should allow 3-5 working days for their order to arrive.

If you require your item urgently we offer a Royal Mail 1st Class service.

Customers should allow 1-2 working days for their order to arrive. 

*Please note this is not a guaranteed next day service.

For guaranteed next day delivery we offer shipment via courier 

(Yodel / Parcel-force for residential / business addresses). 

Customers will need to place their order before 2pm Monday to Friday in order to receive their item the next day. 

This does not include Saturdays or Bank Holidays.

For our International customers we offer a standard International Service, depending on your location and the type of item purchased your order will be dispatched either via Royal Mail Standard / Recorded Airmail or via an expedited courier service provided by either Yodel or Parcel-force .

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch  note.


Unwanted Items:

Customers are allowed 14 days from the date on your invoice in order to cancel and return their purchase.

 Items must be in the same condition as delivered, unopened and unused.

Where applicable any free gifts or additional items included with the product must also be returned.

Items that are returned in an unsatisfactory condition or with missing parts will be either rejected and returned to the customer at their own cost or refunded minus a restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for all postage costs in returning unwanted items

(This includes items ordered in error by the customer).

 

Faulty / Damaged / Mispicked Items:

In the unlikely event that you are sent the wrong item, an item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please call or email our Customer Service Department in order to explain the problem you are experiencing.

Where appropriate our Customer Service Team will go through trouble shooting steps and common setup issues with you in order to resolve any technical issues before accepting faulty items as a return.

Goods that are proved to be faulty or damaged will be issued with an RMA number and given a Freepost address in order to return the item to us.

Please note that customers returning items as faulty or damaged, which are tested and found to be fully functional or proved to be damaged by customer misuse, will either be rejected and returned to the customer or charged a restocking fee and the cost of return postage, this amount will be deducted from your refund.

The restocking fee is 20% of the purchase price or £4.99, whichever is greater.

Packaging your return:

When returning unwanted items please ensure they are in saleable condition with original packaging and any free items. Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used.

Care of Goods to be Returned:

Whilst in possession of your item/s you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of them. We reserve the right to claim against you for item/s returned that have been made unfit for resale or damaged whilst in your possession.
